Turnkey Rentals is a full-service property management company located in San Antonio, Texas. Our management focus is on multi-family duplexes and fourplexes, single-family homes, and townhomes. Many developments in the area consider our company to be the preferred property management service used when purchasing. This means, that we are the only property management company approved by the H.O.A.

Since we are only one company, we are able to ensure competitive rental rates for our tenants and that the development is kept to only the highest standards to benefit residents, owners, and investors. Turnkey handles all aspects of property management including marketing, full background checks, employment verification, leasing, accounting, eviction services, as well as make-ready and property maintenance services.
